For our local operation in Miami we are looking for skilled and experienced Service Technicians & Installers to work as direct employees and sub-contractors.
The candidates must have excellent communication and computer skills, a minimum of 5 years of Appliance Industry repair and installation experience.

A valid driver's license with a clear driving record and auto insurance is mandatory.
Main responsibilities will include:

Regional Service Manager
ACP, Inc. has a Regional Service Manager opportunity available on their service delivery team. ACP, Inc. is a division of the ALI Group and a leader in providing high speed cooking solutions to the foodservice industry.
This position will have the following key accountabilities: travels domestically to support all areas of service delivery related activities for distributors, chains and customers which includes technical training, customer relations, parts sales and warranty administration; provides technical training and support for all products; assists with development of product, transition to production and aftermarket support; works with appropriate intra company departments on all service and quality issues to provide final resolution to customer; in collaboration with ACP management will develop, implement, and manage service policies; assists in development and communication of training, service, and parts publications; handles services related inquiries and correspondence from service providers and end users through work on technical toll-free line, email and personal meetings; manages assigned Service Network: establishes, evaluates and strives to maintain a service base that ensures 100% coverage for ACP products; reviews and approves all service contracts and performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Candidates should possess the following experience and/or or competencies: Bachelor’s or other technical degree plus 3-5 years field service delivery experience, preferably with increased levels of management responsibility including supervisory or leadership experience; confident, versatile, motivational and enthusiastic training and presentation skills; strong PC proficiency / skills on all software utilized by ACP Services; strong operational skills that bring no nonsense solutions to processes and procedures that do not sacrifice service delivery; ability to provide leadership that motivates coworkers and distributor service delivery to a high level of commitment and participation in common goals and achievements; excellent customer relations skills that display tact, diplomacy and the ability to negotiate effectively to a win-win solution; and the ability to communicate effectively and independently organize and prioritize departmental needs.
